Mark and Simon remain extremely hands on and are there for their customers every step of the decision making process. However it is the installation team whose responsibility it is to deliver and install your furniture before ensuring you are left with a clean and tidy property which is ready for you to move in to or let out.

What is your day to day job role?
On a morning I will call the customer or developer and ask what time I will be able to access to the property. I then go to the warehouse and load the van with the product for that installation.
